When someone sends an email to an alias on your domain (e.g. [email protected]), our servers receive it and forward it to the personal inbox you specified. Subject, body, and all attachments are preserved. The original sender's address appears in the From field so you can reply normally.

We generate SMTP credentials for your domain in one click. Add them as a "Send mail as" account in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any SMTP-capable client, then send or reply with any of your domain's addresses as the sender. Your mail client sends directly through those credentials — recipients see your domain, not your personal email address.

Catch-all sends any email addressed to your domain that doesn't match a specific alias to a designated inbox. If someone emails [email protected] or [email protected], you still get it. Useful for making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Yes — this is a Pro feature. Point any alias at a Slack channel or a Telegram chat instead of an inbox, and the full message body and attachments come through. Reply right in the Slack thread or in Telegram and we send an email back to the original sender from your domain. Each alias can target its own channel, so different domains can route to different places.

Yes — this is what webhook forwarding on Pro is built for. Point an alias like [email protected] at your HTTPS endpoint and we POST each inbound message as JSON: parsed text and HTML bodies, subject, sender, threading headers, and attachment metadata, plus the full raw MIME. We check MX and TXT records every 5 minutes. Most domains verify automatically within 15 minutes of adding the DNS records. Some registrars have longer propagation times, but we keep checking and notify you as soon as verification completes.

Both work. You can forward to any inbox, including a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox you already pay for. But most people use ForwardMailTo instead of a paid suite: forward to a free Gmail, Outlook.com, or any other inbox, and use our SMTP credentials to send as your domain.
