How does email forwarding work?
When someone sends an email to your alias (e.g. hello@yourproject.com), we receive it via AWS SES and forward it to your personal inbox. The original sender, subject, body, and attachments are all preserved.
Can I reply from my custom domain?
Yes. We generate SMTP credentials for each domain so you can configure Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any email client to send as your domain address.
What is a catch-all alias?
A catch-all forwards emails sent to any address at your domain that doesn't match a specific alias. So if someone emails typo@yourproject.com, it still reaches you.
Is the first domain really free?
Yes, with all features included — unlimited aliases, catch-all, SMTP sending, and email logs. No credit card required. Additional domains are $2/month each.
How long does DNS verification take?
We check your DNS records automatically every 5 minutes. Most domains verify within 15 minutes of adding the records, though DNS propagation can sometimes take up to a few hours.
